Try to eat a vegetarian meal at least three times a week
A vegetarian diet focuses primarily on plant-based foods, and is typically lower in fat and higher in fibre, since the emphasis is on non-meat food sources. Going vegetarian for at least three times per week is a great way to get more veggies and variety in your diet. The added bonus is that you’ll be helping the environment and your food bill may work out cheaper, because you’ll be reducing your meat intake.
Eating vegetarian prevents a lot of direct pollution of air and water by factors such as fuel, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides all used in meat production.
Try setting one day a week as your vegetarian day, and stick with it. Then make sure you have all the ingredients necessary for cooking that day. If vegetarian cooking is new to you, look for new recipes by going online, or hiring a vegetarian cookbook for more inspiration.
Remember, simple actions like cutting down on your meat consumption, equal a big impact.

I lilke to eat the skins on them as much as I can and cook from fresh.
Never mind setting one day for me. Every day is a veggies day as well as protein and fruits.
cheers!!
